Placenta Position Is At Upper Anterior.Does That Mean Boy Or Girl?

Hi, I have a question about the placement of placenta in pregnancy. I am currently 18 wks preg and my placenta is said to be at upper anterior. I read abt the study of the placement of placenta can signify the gender of the baby. with my placenta placement is it more towards a baby boy or girl? thank you

Dear madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion placenta position does not help to determine the gender.Placenta in the upper segment is normal.placenta in the lower segment is a condition called placenta praevia,which if present is a complicated pregnancy.
