Pink, puffy, swollen eye, eczema. Conjunctivitis?

The area around my eye and my eyelids is pink, puffy, and maybe swollen. i thought it might be conjunctivitis , but the whites of my eyes are not really red (although it was a little red yesterday)... i also think it might be because of my eczema , but i m not really used to having it on my face; usually it s on my inner elbow . should i be worried?

As from the history you have mentioned eye lids are pink, puffy, swollen without involvement of the conjunctiva. From your history I think probably you are having blepharitis or blepharoconjunctivitis. The treatment of the condition is by cleaning of the lid margins and antibiotic eye ointment and lid scrubs depending on the severity of the condition.
Since the condition is known to run a chronic course, I advice to take proper treatment after consulting your eye doctor.
Thank you
