Pink patch on inner thigh, next to labia majora, spreading condition. Causes and treatment?

I nodes a small pink patch on my inner thie next to my (libia majora) 2 weeks ago and seems to be speeding. it is not itchy unless i touch it. Its elevated it does not hurt kind of looks like a mosquito bite. i did some research I thought it would be scabies , fungal and hiv but the pictures do now mach. i do plan to make an appointment soon i am just bucked with my finals at the time.

without itching,its much unlikely to be of fungal/scabies....had you have any trauma during intercourse?if,it can be a bruise,which usually changes its color as days passes..other possibilities include insect bite reation...if nothing found and not releived,may need a biopsy
