Pink Eye, On Antibiotic, Red And Swollen Eye, Liquid Coming Out. Treatment?

My two year old son has been diagnosed with pink eye and has been on antibiotics for a week. His eye hasn t gotten any better. In fact its still red and more swollen than last week. He also has clear liquid coming out of it. He isn t complaining of pain, he just rubs his eye. I m thinking its not pink eye. Don t know what s wrong with him. I m getting worried.
