Pinching Feeling In Penis While Urination, Frequent Urination, Less Semen When Masturbating, Fever, Slight Abdominal Pain. Advise?

yes for the last 2 weeks i feel a pinching feeling in the base of my penis when peeing, feeling like the area of the scrotom, no burnig at all, frequent urinating ,cant hold it very long, urin looks normal, very little seamen when masterbating.also no other pain in penis had a fever over the weekend with slight abdominal pain, been working crazy amount.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed Prostatitis.
Please get following basic tests done and consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Routine urine tests and urine culture.
2) Ultra sound scanning of the abdomen.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medicines for a 2-3 weeks..
Ensure to drink more water.It will get cured within 2-3 weeks.
