Pinched Sciatic Nerve. Pain All Over Leg. Massage, Hot Compressing, Stretching And What More?

I have what im pretty such is a pinched sciatic nerve , as the pain is travelling down my right leg, through my knee and ankle. My pelvis is very painful. I also have a large bruise on the muscle next to where my spine is sore. This has now been happening for over a week. Ive tried hot compresses, massage, streching and I just cant get pain to go away. Help!
