girlfriend ,,, was infected but was treated ,,and I was not tested ,,some month after her treatment we had sex and she complained of itching ,,,, and asked me to get tested and now I m having this feeling ,like pinch in my penis, somethings its like something just passed out of my penis very fast , but I have not notice any discharge

sex without protection can cause infection
if ur gf had infection in past and there are still some possibilities of having residual flora in her vagina
if u have itching without discharge than wait it resolves
but if discharge or pain starts than go for treatment
till u both have require precautions and use condoms for sex
washing genital area with savlon or dettol etc
avoid oral sex
