Pin Pricking, Little Red Raised Bumps With White Blisters In Centre On Palms, Mildly Sore To Touch. Have Sore Throat. Connection?

Hi, I have little red raised bumps on the palms of my hands - I have had them before and they're usually on the finger pads. They feel like they are deep under the skin, they're not painful but feel more like a nettle sting or a pin prick, if i touch them with the pad of my finger it just eels mildly sore but if it touch them with a finger nail it is more painful (not bad pain) I would describe them as red slightly raised areas with a white blister like appearance in the centre (but this is definitely not like a typical weeping dermatitis condition.

I currently have a sore throat and have read a relation between this condition and strep. But if have had this before and don't think it has been when I have had a sore throat

Hi i think u are suffering from pompholyx .it is a bacterial infection caused by streptococcus as the sorethroat is already present.it presents like deep seated papules which are compared to sago grains.use of atarax 25 mg at night and broad spectrum antibiotic along with application of antibacterial cream like mupirocin can cure the condition.if still no response go for oral steriods wysolone 30 mg tapered to 10 mg within 15 days can cure it
