Pimples wit pus, small, rusk on chin. What this could be?

Hi have this rush for chin for two weeks. My doc told me it was herpes or shinglers. My dermatologist later told me it is something else. Allergy or something bacterial. I this white bumps, and a redness around them. Some cleared but then more came. They are not to painful. They look like pimples wit pus, small. Rusk is on my chin

Dermatologist 's  Response

You are right, the lesions you desribed are pimple.. Called acne vulgaris.

You do not worry, it will be alright after few months treatment.

Oral antibiotics like azithromycine would be helpful.

Local clindamycine gel will improve the lesions.

Avoid stress.

Take proper sleep.

Avoid oil, ghee and they exacerbate the acne.

Cleanse the facewith antiseptic liquid like acmed face wash.

You might improve in few months.

I hope you got my answer.
