Pimples On Scrotum, Painful, Pus-filled, Hurts To Walk
I m a seventeen year told virgin . I have just recently in the past few days gotten what seems to be pimples on my scrotum right before it meets my penis . It does hurt and I ve tried popping some of them but its just looks like clear puss. It usually hurts when I walk. I have not tried to clean with any kind of medicine stuff. So if you can help, please message me
It may be folliculitis which is inflammation and infection of the hair follicles. In some persons it can progress to surrounding tissues to cause deeper infection.
You need to apply warm compresses to the area to encourage it to open on its own, you can also try warm sitz baths. Use a topical anti septic to keep the area clean and also apply a topical antibiotic.
The use of an oral anti inflammatory agent (such as ibuprofen/cataflam) may help to ease the discomfort.
If after 24 to 48 hrs you still are in significant discomfort with no improvement of symptoms , then you need to consider visiting your doctor for an evaluation.
I hope this helps
