Hi
Thanks for posting your query.
Holes will occur if pimples are not treated properly, or if pimples are squeezed of if there is a family history of scarring.
The fact that you don't have pimples at present shows that the disease has resolved.
Holes have to be treated surgically. There are many methods which a dermatologist will do. For example superficial ones may be treated with micro dermabrasion or derma roller, which can be repeated once in two to three weeks depending on your response.
If you done improve after a couple of sittings I suggest you to go in for LASER resurfacing or Radio frequency ablation on the skin.
You may discuss all these procedures with your dermatologist as there is no single procedure which will take care of different types of scars ie wholes.

Hi, it seems that you have post acne scarring which may occur after acne lesions heal.
Now that you dont have acne you can go for clinical procedures for scar treatment as follows-
subscissioon to break the intradermal fibrotic adhesions.
Dermaroller followed by vit c infiltration as it will stimulate new collagen formation
Fractional lasers for scar reduction are also available
fillers can also be considered.
Even peeling and dermabrasion can help
the result depends on the extent and depth of involvement
Hope this helps you

Hi,
There are multiple treatment options for acne scars depending on severity.
If very superficial or mild -application of tretinoin cream, chemical peels and microdermabrasion would help.
If deep depressed then dermarollers, acne surgeries like subscision, punch excision, fillers, dermal grafting and laser resurfacing might be required depending on the type of scars.
You basically need to get your skin analysed by a dermatologist nearby so that a personalised treatment plan can be suggested.
Hope that solves your query.
