Hi marks due to pimples can be due to post inflammatory hyperpigmenyation.we see lot of people getting post acne can be cured with femcinol a ointment in the morning and application of niltan ointment in the night and use of antioxidant daily once.use of azac soap can also reduce marks.if no response use chemical peels like glycolic acid or mandelic acid or co2 lasers
