General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
They look like multiple sebaceous cysts.
They occur at the sites of hair
There is no permanent treatment for them. They have to be removed surgically.
But,the correct diagnosis has to be confirmed by clinical examination by dermatologist/surgeon.
Fungal infections, scabies have to be ruled out.
Get examined clinically and proceed
Regards
