Pimple Like Sore On Labia Majors, Recurring. Taking Mytrex, Applying Cream. Recommendations?

My wife has two small "pimple like sores" on the side of her labia majora and they have been present for over a week. She has been treating them with a product called "Mytrex", the generic form Plus some first aid type cream. One has gotten well and disappeared another came and remains. At one time after their appearance, there would come a little white tit in the middle of the pemple like sore. it would later break and it looks like the healing would begin. It just seem like it is taking too long! You have any suggestions?

The pimple like sore on labia majora is likely to be due to folliculitis. This needs a proper antibiotic treatment- both oral and topical for proper relief. Do get it examined form your gynecologist and get the antibiotics prescribed.
