Pimple like bumps on scrotum, pain due to friction, difficulty walking, vomiting. Cure for symptoms?

My son has 3 pimple like bumps on his scrotum . They are only painful when his shorts or underwear rub up against them. It s actually making it difficult to walk because of the rubbing. The first onr has been there for a while, but now 2 more have popped up. Today he has started throwing up and is not feeling well.... Not sure if these are related, but wondered what we should do.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your son has pimples on his scrotal skin.
Most likely these are either Boil ( Staphylococcal infection of the hair follicle) or sebaceous cysts.
Final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination .

please consult qualified surgeon or Urologist for clinical assessment. He will advise you to give him some antibiotics.\
