hello,
You Had given a history of restoration(filling) of that tooth so it might have re current or remaining carious infection below it. This remaining infection may lead to pus formation which you feels like pimple bubble. so you need x-ray for confirmation and go for root Canal Treatment.
Hope You will feel good after treatment.

Hello,

Thank you for writing to us,

On the basis of your information I think there is secondary caries underlying the white colored restoration..and a sinus tract has formed which you feel a pimple like bubble..
The pulp tissue inside that tooth became non-vitalized and a sinus tract has been formed for the drainage of pus from your infected tooth..
Consult with Dentist
Proper X-ray is required for that tooth...
Of course Root canal treatment is required...

Take care..

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

Your filled tooth has re-infected and spread into pulp as well as periapical area.

Pimple like bubble developed on the side of tooth may be due to-abscess developed due to spread of infection.

Tooth has to be root canal treated or extracted depending on severity of infection.

Pus has to be drained completely.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Please do visit your dentist for further reference.

Take care.

hi...
thanks for the query...
i think you should go for radiographic examination because it seems to be abscess... in that case you have to go for RCT and should get the abscess drained...
sometimes swelling is due to hyperinflammatory response to calculus etc... in that case it require proper scaling and root planing...
all it need is proper examination for proper diagnosis...
hope it will help...
take care...

Hi,
Welcome to HCM forum,
Your tooth which was filled earlier has got infection due to any residual caries or secondary caries.
Due to caries, infection has reached the pulp and periapical abscess has formed.
This pimple like bubble is due to abscess formed because pus needs a way to extrude itself.
Consult a dentist for radiographical examination done.
Root canal treatment has to be done in this tooth.
take care

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical history i suspect that you have developed a secondary caries on the filled tooth, there is development of pus and abscess which as oozed out as the form of pimple on the side of the tooth.

Drainage of the abscess is required.
I would suggest you to visit the Dentist and get the checkup done, take an x-ra of the tooth and Root Canal Treatment has to be performed.

Hope this helps out.

Regards...

thank you for asking query
yes dear you may need a root canal in the tooth but first what you should do is get an x ray done for that region. may be the pimple like bubble is due to some other tooth .i will tell you what can the bubble be .my dear the bubble can be an infection in the root of the tooth that is not finding its way to grow or come out and spread. so it is trying to spread through your gums.there may be some residual caries left behind in the tooth you got filled with so that might be creating the problem. this will be clear in the x ray.taking medicines can not give you much help but draining of that infection will definitely help you so kindly consult the dental surgeon.
hope it helps
