Piles, Medicines, Water, Fiber Rich Diet, No Improvement In Pain, Diabetes Under Control, Not Interested In Surgery. What To Do?
Hi Doctor, I am having piles from last one month, ihave tried both modern and aurvedic medicine, nothing much help. Pain has increased day by day. Though i take plenty of water and fiber diet , it does not help much. I am little hesistant to go for surgery. I am diabetic too and sugar levels under control. I am scared i sld land up with any infection.

internal piles means there will be oozing of blood from anus after passing stools. external piles
means some projection is present from anus. there will be pain and bleeding. if there is no bleeding
it may be fissure in ano. i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment thank you.
