Piece Of Skin Coming Out During Periods, Painful. Have PCOS. Ultrasound Shows Fibroid. Taking Yaz
a 5cm by 2cm of what looked like a piece of skin come out during my period. It was extremely painful and i am mid cycle. Should I be alarmed?
I have PCOS but with no symptoms other than my periods stopped all together, I am on yaz to fix this.
At my last ultrasound they saw a fibroid but said it was small 2cm and not cause for alarm. Could it be that?

Hi
It can be a degeration of fibroid.You should better get a gyaenecologist consultation because it can get infected.you might need antibiotics and probably need to do an ultrasound examination to find out the status. Hope this may help you. Thanks
