Phimosis, Burning Sensation During Urination, Curved Penis, Habit Of Excessive Masturbation. Chances Of Low Testosterone Levels?

I THINK I HAVE LOw TESTERONE LVEL DUE TO WHICH MY BODY IS NOT GROWING AS OTHERS OF MY AGE AND I AM GEETING WET DREAMS & HAVE PROBLEM IN STARTING URINATION , BURNING SENSATION WHILE OR AFTER URINATING,PLS NOTE I HAVE PHISMOSIS AS WELL SINCE BIRTH.I HAVE DONE OVER MASTURBATION AND I EVEN HAVE A SLIGHTLY CURVED PENIS ..MY PENIS IS VERY SMALL WHEN NOT ERECT & I AM EVEN NOT SATSIFIED WITH THE SIZE WHEN ITS ERECT..PLZ NOTE I AM 20 & IT FEELS AS IF DUE TO LOW TESTERONE I HAVE GROWN FEW GIRLY HABIT

Thanks for query,
Did you have hair at chin,chest & pubic area ?If yes then you have no low testosterone level.
at the age of puberty our sex hormone causes development of secondary sexual character like grown hair at chin ,axilla ,chest & pubic area .The voice also becomes some what husky & there is also a desire for sex.
You already have it so you are over masturbating, suggest that you have no lower testosterone.
The size of penis is due to musculature & anatomically it is curved on one side.it also looks small in resting condition but when you get arousal due to increase blood flow its size increases.
Your burning sensation during urination may needs urine test & if any infection found you need medication for it.
so nothing to worry,
You have no disease.
