Petechial Rash Behind The Ears. Measles And Streptococcus?

my 7 month old cousin has presented with a petechiael rash behind the ears since yesterday, and his brother who are twins has since presented the same. from what i have been told the doctors at the hospital, have already ruled out the possibility of it being measles and streptococcus . are there any other causes of this?

it seems to be just an allergic rash provided an infective rash has been ruled out by the physical examination by the doctors at the hospital.
you can use a soft emolient over the rash
