Persisting Breathlessness, Severe Coughing Causing Vomiting. Had Taken Several Antibiotics For Type B Flu, Pneumonia. Cause?

I suffered from tybe b flu and pneumonia 7 weeks ago I ve had 4 lots of antibiotics but am still finding myself breathless I m also still coughing to the point I vomit and have had blood in my sputum once. I m also 25 weeks pregnant. Could this still be pneumonia or could it be heart related as my dr wants me to go for a tte!? I m 31

This can be both but also some chroinc lung disease so you need heart and lung work up. Pneumonia may persist or leave scar tissue in lung which can cause your symptoms even 2-3months after. So you should repeat xray lungs to verify this.
