Persistent Zests With Bumpy Texture On Shoulder Down The Arms, No Improvement With Various Medicines. Suggestion?

i have some sort of absyss or zests that are really presistant and not going away, i tried all sorts of medicines, through doctors, antibiotics , oral and ointment, fungal treatment most of them say it is the hair follicles that the inflamed, all of them are on my right shoulder and down my arm , about 10, they used to be about 20 and have come down with some of the medicines, its been over a year now, the spots are a bit hardish and some have a bumpy texture

Hi abcess will be cured by antibiotic and if not cured go for incision and drainage.20lesions at the same place is very rare.go for the biopsy and come out with a proper diagnosis and treat accordingly
