Disease. Good thing is that Your EKG is with in normal limits. But it is at resting position. Once the blood pressure was under control get your TMT (Treadmill test) done to rule out any chances for CAD.
Also get checked your other risk factors for CAD:
1. Increased Lipid Components.
2. Low Good cholesterol
(+ve in your case)
5. Lack of exercise
6. Obesity or overweight
8. Male Sex
9. Age above 30.
Try to reduce the risk factors and follow the instruction of your cardiologist.
