ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi I am Dr Ravinder Sharma. On the basis of information provided it appears that you have a problem of upper or lower respiratory tract. In the upper respiratory tract it may be from the sinuses.
More likely it appears to be from chest. It may be because of a infection or a neoplastic affliction of chest.

I advise you for a ENT consultation and Chest consultation and some tests like sinus xray and X ray chest PA view and sputum smear examination and culture sensitivity to resolve the issue
I hope this answers your concerns. Feel free to contact me if you want further information about it
With regards
Ravinder Sharma
