The head of my penis was injured, healed, but for over a year now there is a small circular scar that wont heal. It appears to be red in contrast with the skin, and the border of the scar appears to be peeling dry skin . I ve tried a topical steroid that seemed to help but created a large white scar/skin over the redness that brought even more attention. After a while the white skin fell off and it was back to square one.
