Periods Irregular After Having Second Child After Stopping Noriday Pills. Normal?

Hi Doctor, my period has been regular i.e 28 days apart and after I'd delivered my 2nd baby, the first period came when the baby is 5 mths old. The first period was heavy and lasted for almost 2 weeks, the gynea had prescribed me with Noriday and I had been taking the pill for 1 month while still breastfeeding my baby (night time only). Now my baby is 11 months old and my period has been irregular ever since I am off the pill for 5 months now (more than 35 days apart). Is this normal?

Hi Mam
The 28 days of period is average one and not the same at every month it can be 5 days (-) or (+) after birth the periods usually delayed a little it is totally a normal phenomenon, one should not take any pills for this it almost setup to normal after two or three months ( If not taken any hormone containing pills), if you have a good lactation then feed the baby regularly in only sitting position to breastfeed at night is not advisable and bay shouls be on breast feed up to the age of at least 2 years along with semisolid food, stope taking any medicine and eat iron containing food and fruit drink plenty off water no smoking and alcohol, take good care of your baby and yourself,
