Periods Delayed, Having Sharp Pain In Ovaries And Lower Abdominal Area Due To Thick Endometrium And Cyst In Ovaries

Hi!
I went to the OBGYN last Saturday because I've been having lots of discomfort lately. My period is extremely regular and never had a missed period. Right now I'm a week past due and having a sharp pain in my ovaries and a very very unusual discomfort in my lower abdominal area. When I went to the OBGYN, the ultrasound showed thickened endometrium but no sing of pregnancy. I did some home pregnancy tests but they were negative. The ultrasound showed two very small cysts in my left ovary and a very small one in my right one. I have to do some lab tests and a blood pregnancy test,but I'm kind of confused with this panorama. Thanks for your help.

Some how you became over conscious with regard to your period which in fact is not big problem, now as long as the cysts are concern this are the very common condition which does not need any treatment right now, the pain of yours may not be due to the ovary, I would advise you to take the "Dicyclomine" tab three time in day and "Chlorodiazepoxide" three time in day these will give best result and then just forget about this have nice day.
