Hi Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic. I have gone through your query. I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options. 1] Please do not panic. 2] If you had not taken pills in the month which is prolonged, you get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. 3] If you were not on pills and have not used any other contraceptive methods , UPT will be of help. 4] Even if you are pregnant you can opt for termination with medicines safely till 9 weeks, under gynecologist's supervision.
I hope my answer helps you. Thanks. Wish you good health. With regards Dr Purushottam
