Periods Always Normal. Present Periods Not Heavy, Brown, Cramps Lower Right Stomach. Pregnancy Test Negative. Suggestions?

My period always last 5 days and is super heavy. This month I had no cramps before it happened. I started Tuesday and bled until Wednesday but it wasn't as heavy and shortly turned brown. I have never bled for just a day. Four days later and I'm having cramps on my lower right stomach. Negative pregnancy test..?? What can this mean?!

hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic forum. The pain in the lower abdomen can be due to many things. It could be due to an infective appendix causing pain.It is not necessary that always you bleed heavy and with cramps, it is all hormonal so dont worry. If your pain is pelvic in origin, that is due to infection of ovaries or uterus.Brown coloured discharge from vagina , if with a foul smell suggest infection, so kindly visit a gynaecologist who will examine you.You can also give a good history to a homoeopath and take medication, which is effective and safe.Stay healthy.thanks.
