Dear user,

I can understand your fear and anxiety. I do not know if you are a boy or girl. Whatever, there is no need to be scared. This does not look like an illness of the heart or the stomach. I think it is more of an anxiety neurosis. Please do not worry about your visit to the ER. They may ask for an X-ray and a ECG along with blood counts and electrolytes.
