Hi my name is Kim and my last period was February 10 and today is march 22 and I m about 2 weeks late on my period and I have all the early signs of pregnancy but I took 2 tests today and they came out negative could I still be pregnant

The negative tests are 97% accurate. But since you have not got your periods till now and you are having the symptoms of pregnancy, it is best to get your serum beta HCG levels evaluated to find out.
