Period Is Late. Pregnancy Test Negative. Have Abdominal Pain And Sensitive Breasts. Advice?

I would be really thankful if you could help me a bit. I had my last period on the 12 of January. I am sexually active. I did twe pregnancy tests on around 24th of February and 3rd of march. Both came to be negative. However I still didn t get my period. (should get the second one) I have some abdominal pain . And my breasts are painful and sensitive. Have no other symptoms that could mean 2nd month of pregnancy (last sexual involvement I had was some time in mid January towards the end of January) I am very scared of what could it be. Please give me some advise it makes me go crazy. I will appreciate any advise.

Thank you for consulting HCM.

If you have any doubt about pregnancy you need to consult your doctor for a scan to know whether you are pregnant or not they may also check your hcg levels in your blood.And if it is still negative and you didnt got your periods then there might be some infection from which it may result in irregular periods as you will go to your doctor they will do some more screening tests and cofirm the cause.Thank you.

Welcome to HCM.
There are chances of pregnancy because you had unprotected sex during fertile period.Sometime urine pregnancy test does not show result but you can confirm it by blood hgc level and even by USG. If pregnancy is negative than it could be due to some hormonal disturbance,stress,work load,diet.
Go for investigations to confirm the diagnosis and consult your gynecologist for further treatment.
Always go for protected sex if you don't want to be pregnant.
