Perianal Rash, Severe Itching After Application Of Epilator Cream. Have Internal Hemorrhoids. Possible Treatment?
I have perianal rash with small tiny reddened pimple like lesions on the perianal area following application of Epilator cream....I have severe itching and there is exudate like which Seeps from the reddened area, and it s severely itchy, can u please Advice on this......since 2 days.....I have internal hemorrhoids as well For which I constantly apply anti hemmorhoidal creams

Hi,
Due to application of a depilatory cream, you might have developed an irritant reaction. To treat the same, apply a steroid antibiotic combination like mometasone fusidic acid combination for few days. Do not lean the area with betadine or savlon as it might irritate the skin more, instead clean it with lukewarm water. To relieve the itch you may take oral cetirizine. Hope that answers your query.
