hi i m 29 years old man and i have problem with sex the problem is in normal time my penis stand properly but when i want to do sex with girls it does not stand and some water comes in my penis and it is difficult to stand ...because of this my sex activity is become weak..so can u tell me a solution and treatment please.

Dear kishansingh11, its common problem with most of youngsters they have normal erections and at the time of performance they get distracted by anything as in your case you don't know that watery fluid is normal to ooze as your excitement level increases hence don't pay any attentions to fluid enjoy the activity you are not facing any abnormal thing.
