Hello Doctor, some white layer is pealing out from my edge of my penis and i have pain in the skin and not in the edge?

You have collection of smegmas under foreskin of glans.
Make practice to remove smegma by averting foreskin and clean it properly while taking bath.
Initiallaly you may get little difficulty for cleaning but once it cleaned up it will be easy afterward.
