Penis skin infection, whitish spots, redness, itching, blisters. Using ringguard, no relief. Treatment?

good day sir my name is XXX and i m suffering from penis skin infection from last one month. The inner layer of penis has whitish spots and sore with reddish colour with itching to inner layer of skin. Small blisters are also visible over the white part. I had been applying Ringguard skin cream but does not seem to be effective. The infection is spreading to other areas of inner skin and also prodruding slowly outside the inner skin please advise as soon as possible as i on merchant ship at sea so cannot immedietely see a doctor awtng for your reply

It seems that you might be having fungal infection associated with bacterial infection.
Apply anti-fungal cream.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Take Cetrizine or Benadryl for itching.
Keep local hygiene proper.
