Penis Oozing Light Green Mucus After Unprotected Sex, Burn While Urinating. UTI ?
I had unprotected sex and we fell asleep after when I woke up my penis was oozing out a very light green mucus and burned when I urinated. I drank plenty of water a few days later it burns very very slightly if I stop drinking water the burning comes back. The mucus stopped coming out I can now see it in my urine when I m done urinating. Also I think it s messing with my kidneys. Sounds like a uti but can almost guarantee it isnt

Every disease has an incubation period ( the time taken between the time of entry of organism and to that of appearance of the symptoms). Likewise STDs also have their own.
STDs causing urethritis like gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Ureaplasma urealyticum etc. also will not manifest immediately after the coitus. Burning sensation may be due to your fear complex or may be due to minor injury to the meatus (Urethral opening).
Anyhow you just have an urine examination in a good laboratory and the presence of pus cells more than 5 indicates infection. Then go for culture and sensitivity test for both STD and nonSTD organisms. From the deposits also you can make a smear and stain the same and examine for organism.
If you approach a Genito-urinary Physician or a Dermato-Venereologist, they will guide you properly and treat you if necessary.
Take plenty of water and try to adhere safer sex here afterwards.

You have severe urinary tract infection that is involving the urinary bladder mainly(suggested by pus discharge at the end of urination.). If your partner is little known to you then you should get tested for other STDs.
You should get a microscopic examination and culture/sensitivity of the discharge and urine.
You need to consult a physician of your locality and get antibiotics prescribed urgently.
