Penis Have Tight Foreskin With Erotic Sensations. How To Resolve?
Iam 35 years old weighing 85 kgs with a height of 5.5 feet. I got high and tight circumcisioin six years ago and all was fine untill one year ago when all over sudden I noticed that the underside of my penis where the foreskin is stitched to the shaft and frenulum (which was left intact) is errotically hypersensitive, the erotic hypersensitivity is pronounced when I walk alot of engage in physical activities. I ve noticed that when I wear underwear, the underside of my penis sticks to the scrotum and there is constant irritation like someone is stroking the area and this causes unwanted errotic sensations that I just have to mitigate by wrapping my penis with gauze. if the gauze overstays the errotic sensations return and I have to remove the gauze and stay without it for a while, this problem sometimes affects my focus on work and I d like to get it resolved urgently. Please help me?

I understand your concerns and am glad you have put on a good history for an answering physician. I am sure you have heard about phimosis, unretractable foreskin of the penis. This is easily treated with circumcision and you need to visit a surgeon for the same. I also recommend that you visit with a sexologist so that you resolve your feeling regarding sensations in the area and education regarding good genital hygiene to prevent an future problems.
