Penis Has Red Spots After Oral Sex, Irritation, Turned Blue. Tested STD. Is It A Bacterial Or Fungal Infection?

After receiving oral sex I noticed the next day my penis had little red dots around it. There was no pain so I decided to wait it out and see if it went away and it did 2 days later. After that a couple days later my penis started to look irritated and the rim of the head started turning blue. It feels extra sensitive and sometimes kind of stings. I got tested for stds and came out negative. Maybe it's a type of bacteria or fungal infection? I've been using an anti fungal creame and the irritation kind of went away. It is still very sensitive though. What should I do??? Keep using the creame?
