Penis, Foreskin Sore, Red After Sex. Penis Gets Dry, Red Spots On Penis Head. Suggestions?

Recently my penis and foreskin are both very sore and very red after sex. It looks and feels a little like it was sunburned. Then, the shaft will get very dry and almost peal much like sunburn but has never actually pealed. I have noticed small red spots on the head and under the foreskin it looks almost like a cut but not bloody, just very red and sore.

Thanks for your query based on te facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed Ballano Posthatitis due to unprotected sex.
This can be confirmed only on clinical examnation .Please consult qualified Urologist or Dermatologist for assessment and further treatment.

In the mean while take some antiiotics like Doxycycline twce daily.along with some topical antibiotic ontment like neosporin for local application.

Ensreto to observr proper persnal hygiene by cleaning the area with warm water.
