Penis Discharge With Buring During Urination,itchy Scalp Diagnosed With Gonorrhea Syphilis

I have a discharge coming out of my penis only when I squeeze it out. It burn when I urinate only when I havent had enough water. Slight genital itching and a rash developed on my hand it looked like ringworm since I had that recently. There are bumps on my scalp that itch intensely i have been tested for gonnorea syphilis and the clap all negative and no HIV please help!!

hi welcome to hcm,seminal discharge is a normal phenomena of all adult after puberty . Slight stimulation of genitals some time causes discharge and it does not have any side effects to your health . Sexually transmitted disease has no association with it ,the next part of your problem is indicative of some kind of infection ,normally a dermatologist will help you in detection of infection and antibiotic treatment . Maintainence of hygien by regular cleaning of area ,clean under garments are of great value .hope i replied your query . Regards -team hcm .
