Penis cannot get hard, done Kegel exercises. Please help

Suddenly my penis can t get hard all of a sudden.last 2 weeks i was great and now it just can t get hard .... last 2 weeks i have been trying to control my ejaculation by strengthen the PC muscle my kengel exercises and suddenly i feel nothing i feel i am not horny as before i feel almost nothing ....after some foreplay i begin feeling but it just not good enough( not hard enough)please i seek help it is started to annoy me ... i can t sleep for 3 days now i really can t live or do anything i have been surfing the internet but i just can t get an answer i am 23 years old...and its so early to use Viagra ,,,etc....please help ...thanks
