Pelvis Ultrasound. What Does Ovary Measurement Tell? Follicles Seen?
hi,i m married from 2yrs n yet no pregnancy i had my pelvis ultra sound right ovary measure 3.6* 2.9cms,with multiple follicles largest measure 0.9 cm left ovary measure 2.8*2.4 cms,with multiple follicles largest measure 0.7cm the ultasound was taken at 14thday of my period dr recommend me the OVI-f medicine for 5 days n cap EPEON . iwana ask wat r the ideally size of follicles ,it is normal or not?

Your USG pelvis report is normal. Normal follicle size around day 14 is 1 cm, and you have it.
If you have unprotected sexual intercourse since last 11 month then it is matter of worry. you have to tests like hysterosalphingraphy, semen analysis for husband, thyroid profile etc. Then only we can come to some conclusion. Consult your gynecologist for detailed evaluation. Tablets prescribed are for induction of ovulation and they are good continue with it.
