Pelvic Ultrasound Showed Bilateral Ovarian Cysts, Hypoechoic Mass In Uterus. Explain

Ultrasound of the pelvis revealed

uterus measures 12.12x6.18x4.55cm . There is a hypoechoic mass in the uterus with slight shadowing measuring 1.89x1.65x1.71cm. Endometrium measures 0.58cm The cervix is normal. Right ovary measures 2.50x 2.66x2.02cm There are two cyst measuring 2.26x2.29x0.89cm and 1.93 x 1.23x0.65. No adnexal mass.

Left ovary measures 2.64x2.66x1.81cm. There is a cyst measuring 1.81x1.33x.075cm no adnexal mass
No free fluid within ther region of the cul-de sac.

Impression: bilateral ovarian cysts. Hypoechoic mass in the uterus.

Hello there
mass in the uterus could be fibroid. Cysts in the ovaries may need marcupialization and biopsy for histopathology.
