Pelvic Scan Shows Bulky Uterus, Irregular Outlines And Multiple Hypoechoic Mass At Myometrium, Free Pouch Of Douglas. Can Conceive?

My pelvic scan shows that my uterus is bulky with irregual outlines and multiple rounded hypoechoic mass the myometrrium,and that the most prominent one measures 4.5*3.3 cm fundus.the endometrai cavity is empty through slightly displace anteriorly by the aforementionedass,and both ovaries are normal the pouch of douglas is free. And am 29years,can I have kids ?

Thanks for your query.
The ultrasound report typed by you suggests that you have multiple uterine fibroids.
These are benign masses of the uterine wall.
They are also slightly indenting the endometrium, that is the lining of the cavity of the uterus.
Women with fibroids that distort the cavity of the uterus do not have trouble conceiving, but are at risk of early abortions, premature birth etc.
You should consult a gynecologist, and consider removal of the fibroids ( myomectomy ).
If done in skillful hands, it will restore your uterus to near normal position.

Pregnancy is possible with this condition.
