Pelvic Pain, Bloating, Tender Breasts, Weight Gain, Migraines. Tubal Ligation Done. Causes?

I am 38 year old women I had a tubal ligation 2years ago. I ve had pelvic pain since then. I have bloating tender breasts major weight gain in my abdomine and migraines. Having sex can be uncomfortable during these episodes. i think it s hormone related/peri menopause but my Gyno says I am too young. Any ideas or suggestions for cause of my symptoms???
