Pelvic Exam Showed Irregular Inhomogeneous Thickened Endometrium. Should I Be Concerned?

Hi, my pelvic exam showed I had Irregular inhomogeneous thickened endometrium which measured 16mm. I am 62 yrs old with 2 fibroids with the largest 3.5 cm in my uterus. I m being referred to a OBGYN, should I be concerned? I m also a breast cancer survivor? Thank you
