Pea-sized lump on the left of stomach, protruding, unmovable, not painful, has increased in size. Any ideas?

Hi I have a small pea-sized lump on the left side of my stomach . It protrudes from my skin a bit. It s redish (compared to the surrounding area), and doesn t move when I poke at it from the side. Not painful at all, but it seems like it s gotten a little bigger since I got pregnant with and delivered twins this past year. Any ideas?
