Pea-sized Hard Bumps With Pus On Cheeks, Below Neck And Ears With Itching. How To Get Rid Of Them ?

Hi Sir, I am a student of age 23. During a year and more I am suffering with pea-sized hard bumps with puss and after blood in it on cheeks, below neck and ears. I consulted many doctors in India like Dr Aurangabadkar when I was there last year but all the medicines and gels which he gave me worked pretty well on my skin and when I came back to US after a month they started again. I continued the medicines and gel but no result and had itching when I used them here. So please suggest me something to get rid of them. Thanks and appreciate your help, With Regards, AAAAAA

Hi there,
You didn't your gender but its fine, but you also didn't mention that whether its Acne or something else,so I presume that it's acne.
If you think that these are pimples and not nodules(which are relatively hard and bigger than the usual pimples) then you can continue with the Anti biotics( you don't mention the names an the exact duration of your treatment) and if not helping you then the anti biotics can be changed or the dosage can be increased. Similarly the gels (different types) they can also be changed or can be combined .
Now if you think that the pimples have developed to Nodules and they are not responding at all then you could be a candidate for Isotretenoin therapy( a vit A analogue).but this is only a prescription medication and requires some precautions and bloods tests before during and after the treatment but very effective.
So to conclude I would say to book an appointment with a dermatologist and discuss all these options an I am sure it will help.
Thanks
