Hi there, You didn t your gender but its fine,but you also didn t mention that whether its Acne or something else,so I presume that it s acne. If you think that these are pimples and not nodules(which are relatively hard and bigger than the usual pimples) then you can continue with the Anti biotics( you don t mention the names an the exact duration of your treatment) and if not helping you then the anti biotics can be changed or the dosage can be increased. Similarly the gels (different types) they can also be changed or can be combined . Now if you think that the pimples have developed to Nodules and they are not responding at all then you could be a candidate for Isotretenoin therapy( a vit A analogue).but this is only a prescription medication and requires some precautions and bloods tests before during and after the treatment but very effective.
