Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM).

Please get evaluated by a Physician as the presence of lymphnodes in groin, presence of fungal infection in mouth may suggest an immunocompromised state.
Get yourself evaluated as soon as possible

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Remain in touch and get-well soon.
